RBI Advisory Group was founded in 2002 in response to market demand for technical expertise in the field of group benefits. Backed by over 20 years of experience, education and knowledge, our primary focus is to support your employee retention strategy with the appropriate group benefit plan. Our guiding principle is to provide value – without the significant access charges or retainers common in today's benefit consulting industry.
A Unique Beginning
When a group of professional pilots lost their group life coverage through mergers in the airline industry, they began a lengthy search for a group plan. To meet this challenge, Professional Pilot Insurance Plan was designed and implemented in April, 2002.
This first plan to be administered by RBI Advisory Group was soon followed by other pilot association plans.
RBI Advisory Group now provides group benefit services to various industries across Canada.
